Here’s more, About FEAR LESS. Our mission statement is simple: Mind, Body and Consciousness. MIND. Think about what you want. No really, think about it. Not about everything else, about what you want. Now imagine what you want. Put yourself there. Yes, we’re serious. If you can think about it, and imagine from it, guess what, you already have it, so start living like it. BODY. Your body needs your mind and your mind needs your body. Sure you could argue this, but we’re talking about physical activity. They depend on one and other. Our hope is that they listen to each other. Connect with one and other. Yes, your mind needs to share what you want with your body, so your body will, um, get off its butt and do it. CONSCIOUSNESS. Okay, so your mind’s thinking, body’s moving, now your consciousness is on deck to take in the bigger picture. Wake up, it shouts. There’s a lot happening around you. Take it in. Everything and, really, every thing. You’re you and we love that, we hope you love that we love that, but there’s more out there, outside the box, that contributes to you being you.
